Orders placed Monday - Friday (prior to 10AM) are usually shipped out the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for our fulfillment team to add tracking information to your order.
Note: Due to the high volume of orders placed during the Holiday's and any sales event, please expect an additional delay in getting your order processed and shipped.
The cut-off time for same day shipping for Overnight Orders is 10am PST. Any orders placed after that time, will most likely be shipping the following business day.
Tracking: Once an order is placed, an email confirmation will be sent over to each customer, we'll send another email confirmation once a tracking number has been created for the associated invoice.
Return & Exchanges Policy
All Triumph United Products are non-refundable. If you need to return any item, we will issue a store credit to you upon receiving. Please see our Refund Policy here.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for a store credit in the amount paid within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned item(s) must be in original condition: Triumph United tags attached, poly bags and any other related packaging still intact. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for compensation.
The store credit amount will exclude any outbound shipping costs.
- If you live within the United States, we can provide you with a free, pre-paid USPS return shipping label, just send us an email and we'll get one sent over to you.
- We ask that you include a brief note containing your order number, items returned, and reason for return within your parcel back to us. This ensures our receiving department is able to process your return in the most efficient manner.
- Upon receiving your item(s) at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 1-3 business days and a store credit will be issued to your email or phone number on file.
**Triumph United reserves the right to refuse a store credit, or exchange request if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
We want to make sure you get the right color, size, or style, that's why we've made exchanges quick & hassle free. Just follow these steps.
**Please email us if you wish to exchange, our inventory seems to deplete pretty quickly, and if we're able - we can reserve inventory for you.
1. Return your original items to us for a store credit in full.
2. Place a new order in your desired style and size. If there is any sort of cost difference on the website, let us know, we're always happy to help.
In the unlikely event that you've received a defective product, please email us a photo or two of the defective areas on your item, Should we deem this also faulty, we'll gladly issue you with an exchange or. refund of your choice. Please note, the photos must be received within 10 days of your purchase.
